Patchwork cards

Mainly thanks to blogging and the enthusiasm shown over some of my farm photos I now have quite a range of cards. I haven't been putting info. on about purchases as that wasn't ever what the blog was about, but I am getting more and more emails on this and being able to link here is the easiest way to show them.

The patchwork cards are included here, there are now also about another 40 in the farming and flower range. They have been selling themselves around here and will be going into our local post office as well this week. They are glossy, folded and professionally printed on good quality card-blank inside.
If you are interested, I am "swapping" 10 of them internationally for a $20 Fat Quarter Shop gift voucher-postage included. That seems to work the easiest. You also get a set of semi matching little patchwork gift cards thrown in. Australian girls can email me for a price as it is cheaper for you due to the post.

oops, just realised that number 2 and 8 are the same card...grrr, was meant to be this.... we will call him number 10!

Seeing I am in an (semi!) organisational mood I decided it was time to get my sewing room back on track.
I am so lucky to have a separate room to work but everything has just been thrown in there since before the market and I want to get back to work so a sort out was in order. I can manage for a while in a messy workspace but I can't get really creative when the surrounds are getting me down. My lovely DH thinks it will take another week (!!), but I think another afternoon will pull me up. I t was great to get over there and put Northern exposure back on....
Drop me a comment on where and how you work best- for the chance to win some of my cards....you had better pick your favourite card in the comment as well. Drawn on Saturday, 21 June.
Good luck...and email entries will be allowed, I'll convert them to a comment for you! Tracey

  1. I just found your blog and while I was getting ready to comment, you blogged again! And wow! Your cards are so lovely. I have been thinking of having some of my pics printed, and was even researching some options. I love all your chook pics. Fantastic! You have some very co-operative calves too!

  2. ps I work best when the kids sleep LOL. And I work best anywhere as long as I can just shut the door and not have to pack everything away every time. (love 2,3, 5,6 ,7...)

  4. I would love a set of cards and asking for a FQ Shop gift card is a great way to get paid! Only I see that Kim doesn't have a $20 option. She has $10 and $25. Have you contacted her to see if she can just set up an account for you?

Now, where do I work best? In my studio, of course. Now that I have an HDTV in there I seldom leave it.

  5. I work best in my little sewing room, or on the dining room table, or at church where I can use the long tables, or on a retreat where I'm inspired by others... as you can see it really varies according to place, mood, etc. I love #6 and #7.

  6. I work best in my dining room, in the big bay window, where there is plenty of natural light.

    The calf cards are cute.

  7. I work best when my DH is off with friends at the casino! I have my own little room with a tv and close myself away!

I try to do a quick cleanup every time I work there but piles do tend to collect. so after every big project I put things right and try and cut up my leftovers to put into my scrappy boxes.

Love all of your cards, It's impossible to have a favorite!

  8. Hi Tracey,
I love your cards they are all so good.

I work best in my sewing room which surrounded by all my little knick knacks, stash etc for inspiration. Oh and a tidy space is good but not always so when I'm on a cre8tive mission.

I love number 6 card. I love Chooks.
Bye & Kind regards from Liz

  10. Love your cards - they're inspired! And what cooperative animals you have.
I work best in my studio, hopefully. It's not quite ready yet. (see my blog) I've worked in my own room, and on the dining room table. And even if it starts out clean, it quickly becomes a happy (creative) mess.
I love card #6. I love the chicken pictures!

  11. I have my sewing workstation set up permanently under the window of our 'playroom' - but I can and frequently do work anywhere, however what I actually need to be able to work at my best is a bit of uninterrupted time not having to prepare meals and pander to the rest of the household - now that would be seriously blissful! I love all your cards but I think #10 is the sweetest!

  12. WOOHOO! And I reeeealy want some of those cards. I will still order some if I win, but I would love to win and get a bigger selection. They are all so nice, I could not pick a favorite. I love those with chickens in them.
Where do I work best....under pressure with a deadline (in my mind), and in a quiet peaceful setting like my swing outside in the middle of the afternoon.
